The economics are broken

Drivers are earning less while platforms take more.

From 2018 to 2026, average weekly driver earnings fell sharply while platform take nearly doubled. The result is more pressure, less transparency, and harder weeks for drivers trying to make a living.

About Us

We’re drivers.

We work long hours, carry the costs, take the risks yet earn less every year. What was once flexible, fair work has turned into a system where drivers are pushed to work longer just to keep up, often earning below minimum wage.

So we came together.

Drivers, alongside a tech team, building something different, a platform we own, where we grow our own customer base, keep more of what we earn, and share in the success.

No more excessive commissions. No more being undervalued. Customers shouldn’t overpay. Drivers shouldn’t be underpaid. This is about fairness, sustainability, and taking back control.

Join our revolution and become a shareholder now.

Why we started

The current model keeps squeezing drivers.

Longer hours, higher costs, more risk, and less to take home at the end of the week.

What we are building

A platform drivers have a stake in.

Something driver-led, tech-backed, and built to help us grow our own loyal customer base.

What it stands for

Fairness, sustainability, and control.

Customers pay fairly, drivers earn fairly, and success is shared instead of extracted.

The problem in one ride

A GBP 10.00 fare can still leave the driver with GBP 5.80.

This is the question drivers are asking: after accepting and completing the ride, why is the driver left with so little?

01

Fare comes in

The job lands at a value that should give the driver a fair return.

02

Driver accepts and completes ride

The driver takes the job, completes the journey, and does the work.

Platform takes its cut

A large share can be removed before the driver sees the money.

Driver gets paid less

The driver is left with what remains after the job is already done.

GBP 5.10
Rising running costs

The rising costs of petrol hit even harder.

Petrol, insurance and vehicle maintenance leave us with next to nothing.

Why should apps take this much?
Why now

The current system is not working for drivers.

Drivers are doing the work, carrying the pressure, and watching too much of the fare disappear. That is why Just Cabit matters now.

High commission pressure

Too much of each fare can disappear before it reaches the driver.

More hours, less reward

Drivers are working longer but not seeing the kind of take-home pay they should.

Control has moved away

Drivers carry the workload while having far too little influence over the rules.

Harder to build real income

Too many drivers are stuck chasing jobs instead of building stronger earning potential.

Why Just Cabit

Built for drivers. By drivers.

Just Cabit is not another platform story. It is a driver-led movement to build something stronger, earn more together, and create work that drivers can stand behind.

What the movement stands for
Earn more.
Keep more.
Take back control.

Built so drivers can grow together, back each other, and build earning power as a team.

Earn more

Keep more of what the work should actually pay.

Keep more

Less of the fare disappearing into a model that does not serve drivers.

Take back control

Help shape a driver-led future instead of accepting whatever comes next.

Build work together

Create something drivers believe in, support together, and grow together over time.

Driver voices

Drivers are ready for something better.

The pain is already here. The appetite for change is here too.

"We are doing the work, but too much of the fare never reaches us."

"If drivers build this together, we can create our own work and earn more as a team."

"Drivers are coming together because this model is not sustainable anymore."

"Built for drivers, by drivers is exactly the direction this industry needs."
